How do I place an order?

Select the product category from the above menu e.g. Coffee, Tea, Gifts etc. From the product category page, use the menu on the left side to specify the type of product you would like from a particular category e.g. "African coffee" under "Coffee". From the next page, select product you would like to order by clicking on the Add to Cart button. From the Shopping Cart page, click on the Check Out button and follow the instructions for providing your information to complete your order.

What payments options do you provide?

We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards that have a Mastercard, Visa, or American Express Symbol. Please call us if you would like to pay over the phone by credit card or if you would like to pay by check.

Can I ship to a different address than the one on my credit card?

Yes. To ship to a different address, enter the address that matches your credit card address in the Billing Address completion form and enter the address you would like to ship to in the Shipping Address form.

Is it safe to order online?

All orders on our site are processed through a secure server. We keep all your information private and we do not provide any third party with any customer information.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Every order received on business day before 3pm EST will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 3pm EST will be shipped the next day. Typically it takes 1-5 business days depending on where you live.
